NEW - Small Group Training
WHAT IS SMALL GROUP TRAINING?
Small Group Training (SGT) is a great way to get fit in a group environment, but whilst getting that attention from a Personal Trainer. There are a maximum of 12 people per session, so you still get great motivation, but you won't be lost in the crowd!
IS IT THE SAME AS 'CLASSES'?
No. Whilst it is run in a group, classes often have large numbers in the session, meaning little or no attention for the participants. In a Small Group Training Session, each participant is instructed on their individual technique, and to their individual ability, meaning you will get more from the session. Your technique and ability will vastly improve as you have a qualified Personal Trainer instructing you throughout the session. Special consideration is also given to any injuries or other concerns, which simply cannot be provided in a bulk training environment.
DO I HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT OR COMMIT LONG TERM?
No. We don't charge weekly subscription fees for our Small Group Training. You pay as you play, which is perfect for people who may not get their money's worth from an expensive weekly subscription. You pay your Personal Trainer when you turn up for the session.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
For members of Create Fitness 24/7, casual sessions are just $12. That is a fraction of the price of a Personal Training session, and you'll work just as hard! Discounts are given if you buy a session 6 pack.  And, don't forget - if you are a member your first session is free!

DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER?
You are able to do our SGT Sessions without a membership, however a higher rate will apply to cover casual usage of the gym at $25 per session. Pre-booking for non-members is essential to allow gym access.
